Project Quality Management slides. Quality is one of the 4 main categories of what you can adjust in your projects: Quality, Time, Resources (including budget), and Scope. A fifth category that can affect the others is Innovation, which is a strategy that can allow for changes in any of the four areas. Two examples of being innovative are in (1) the desired outcome (such as designing a better paint for a car) or (2) in the management of the project (such as moving different project team members around to allow for more efficient working relationships).
